Timing & Support
One challenge of selling an estate home is when to list the property for sale. In order to officially transfer title, there must be a Grant of Probate to give the executor permission to sell the property. While waiting, prepare the property for sale and engage a Realtor®, estate lawyer, accountant and anyone else you need to support your duties.
